This workshop will cover the importance of communication in its various forms. It will also provide you with ways on how to use these to improve working with the people we support, your colleagues and every interaction you have in everyday life.

- What is communication and the barriers
- Introduction to the Trust’s Accessibility and Communications policy
- What are the different types of communication that exist
- The types of support for delivering communication effectively

This will be an interactive session where we encourage you to ask questions and bring along any case studies or examples.
