Equality, Diversity & Inclusion We understand that e-learning isn’t everyone’s preferred method and that it can come with challenges. Your feedback has been invaluable, and the Learning and Development (L&D) team has been actively working to introduce more face-to-face alternatives to reduce the reliance on e-learning where possible. With that in mind, we’re pleased to introduce our latest mandatory course: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). This month our focus is on making sure staff have attended or are booked on to Safeguarding training to help keep the people we support safe. All staff are required to complete this training annually. |
Mental Capacity Act Awareness We’re delighted to introduce mandatory training in our brand new Mental Capacity Act Awareness workshop. All staff working in a support role are required to attend, please book places through Cascade. This course is NOT for Managers, Deputies, Team Leaders & Seniors. Tell us what you think!
