New Training! Benefits & Employment - workshop for Support Workers This brand new workshop will help you understand how work can impact benefits and how you can help the people you support make informed choices. It will cover notifying the Job Centre and identify appropriate paperwork and help you support parents and carers to understand benefits alongside working. 10th February or 18th March. Sexual Harassment This module has been introduced in response to the recent change in employment law and is now live on your eLearning pathway. Please ensure you complete this as soon as possible.

These briefing sessions will support you with understanding: what self-neglect is; what our Safeguarding Adults Reviews and audits tell us about self-neglect in West Sussex; what the national picture is; and how we can support your practice when working with adults experiencing self-neglect. A focus on Safeguarding This month our focus is on making sure staff have attended or are booked on to Safeguarding training to help keep the people we support safe. All staff are required to complete this training annually.
